In this role, you'll spearhead marketing initiatives, leveraging your agency experience and proficiency with Paid Social media to deliver exceptional results. Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in creating and optimising Paid Social media marketing channels, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Analytics.
• Proven track record in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns with measurable ROI across various industries.
• Proficiency in WordPress and campaign analysis, with a knack for crafting insightful marketing reports.
• Ability to maintain creative and brand integrity while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Minimum of 3 years' agency experience or similar role.

Bonus Points for experience with:

• Project management software like ClickUp, Jira, or Monday.
• Shopify.

Responsibilities:

As a Paid Social Marketing Specialist, you'll collaborate with strategists, producers, and specialists to develop and execute compelling social campaigns.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Utilising management tools to create, maintain, and optimise digital marketing campaigns, focusing on Meta and LinkedIn, including lead-gen campaigns and brand awareness campaigns, among other key digital marketing initiatives.
• Analysing campaign data to enhance performance continuously.
• Providing regular reports to stakeholders, including clients, producers, strategists, and management.
• Collaborating with SBM’s Design, Content, and Development teams to create impactful creative work.
• Using campaign management tools like ClickUp, Harvest, and Forecast.
