Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Paint Shop Labourer. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Paint Shop operations and ensuring the efficient and smooth running of daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
- Assist in the mixing and preparation of paints and coatings according to specifications.
- Operate painting equipment such as brushes, and rollers to apply paint to surfaces.
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
