About the role

To provide all the administration and customer service functions required for the efficient operation of Team Global Express. This function supports the Administration Supervisor and is involved in all clerical activities. This role requires excellent communication, (written and verbal) and organisation skills within the Team Global Express team.

What you'll do

  • Contribute to the highest standards of Customer Service support by diligently attending to customer facings tasks, answering the telephone, handling enquiries and relaying messages in a professional, detailed and prompt manner to achieve the best possible customer experience.
  • Addressing and resolving stakeholder queries in a timely manner.
  • Utilise Toll Systems to complete administration and customer service tasks .
  • Where required provide coverage within administration to ensure reception is manned.
  • Core operational data entry (connotes) are processed and correctly entered to Tollworks each day.
  • Prioritise work throughout the day and complete in a timely manner.
  • Prepare weekly wages and reconciliation reports for Revenue and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team as and where required.
  • Maintain staff training and compliance databases.
  • Ensure that all training is recorded and sent to Training Coordinator for upload into Learning at Toll.
  • Assist Administration & Branch Manager in on-boarding and off-boarding employees as well as arranging necessary pre-employment inductions.

What you'll bring

  • Knowledge of transport industry - ideal but not essential.
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong focus on delivering high quality customer service
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
  • Ability to consider a broad range of internal and external factors when solving problems and making decisions.
  • Bright and energetic with a positive can do attitude
