Position Summary: 

We are currently seeking an Experienced Panel Beater/Spray Painter to play a key role in our repair workshop. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in panel beating and spray painting, ensuring that equipment are restored to the highest standards of quality and finish. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality panel beating and spray painting on a variety of equipment
• Option to manage the paint shop including equipment, ordering, and building a team to support service delivery
• Conduct thorough assessments of damage and develop repair plans
• Use industry-leading techniques and equipment to restore equipment to excellent condition
• Ensure efficient workflow management and meet repair deadlines
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized workshop
• Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater/Spray Painter
• Trade qualification in Panel Beating or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of paint systems and color matching
• Proficient in using industry-standard tools and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
