You will help develop a recruitment division whilst developing your own successful desk. Your prime responsibility will be incremental revenue/profit growth, qualifying and developing new client opportunities and marketing of the practice to Industry. There are existing relationships in place and you will be able to leverage relationships of the other divisions within the office to create business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
- Development of a robust and profitable business
- Improve revenue growth across the desk month on month
- Qualify and develop new business opportunities in addition to management of existing clients
- Assistant in P&L growth driving revenue and profit growth quarter on quarter
- Monthly marketing initiatives to develop your business
- The ability to develop and monitor sales opportunities, drive growth and manage client satisfaction
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and margins
- Persistence, resilience, and a determination to succeed
- Commercial awareness and natural sales ability
- Leadership experience and ability to influence a team
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a successful leadership team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree required plus min 2 year's of relevant experience
