Duties:
- Inspecting vehicle damage
- Mapping and imaging of vehicles
- Sourcing correct OEM repair procedures
- Provide quotations accurately
- Liaising with insurance assessors
- Hand over repaired cars to customers
- Quality control
- Customer service
Requirements :
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent knowledge of the automotive repair industry
- Experienced in all facets of quoting damaged vehicles
- Experience in Audanet, Ntar and other quoting software
- Professional and personable
- Team player
- Ability to problem-solve
- Good work ethic
- Good computer skills
- Driver's licence
