Ray White Albury North are seeking a passionate and dedicated Property Manager to join our highly respected, award winning team.

Previous real estate and/or property management experience is advantageous. Plus, we have a streamlined process is already in place to ensure a seamless transition for your integration.

Your duties will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service;
- Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite if required;
- Managing rental arrears;
- Negotiating lease renewals;
- Open homes as required;
- Routine inspections;
- Outgoing inspections;
- Maintenance requests;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
- Issuing breach notices as required; and
- Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions;
To succeed in this role you'll have:
- Previous property management experience is advantageous;
- A current Real Estate Licence/Certificate Of Registration is highly desired;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- NCAT experience preferred but not essential;
- Previous client relationship or account management experience;
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
- A strong attention to detail;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Strong conflict resolution skills;
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy; and
- A valid drivers licence.

Our office is led by our award winning Director and elite sales agent, Andrea Lever.
Andrea is from a close knit family and is not new to the world of Real Estate as she comes from a line of successful agents.
Andrea commenced her career with Ray White in 2008 to develop and grow the rental department as the division and business development manager.
In 2017 Andrea transitioned into sales, using her experience, knowledge and excellent customer service to ensure sellers and buyers are in very capable hands.
In 2021 Andrea became the managing director of Ray White Albury North.
