Our client and their requirements:

Our Client is a successful Canberra vehicle repairer business with an exceptional reputation for quality work. We are currently sourcing suitably qualified panel technicians to be part of this remarkable, iconic Canberra business.

The Role:

The ideal Panel Technician will be driven and results focussed. They will have an ability collaborate with all facets of the business and will deliver a quality end product with a great finish.

Your core duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Repair damage to metal, fibreglass and plastic body work on vehicles, and form replacement vehicle panels
  • Ability to Plan, organise your workflow. (desirable)
  • Ability to determine the extent of motor vehicle repairs, restoration, or customisation requests. (desirable)
  • Be prepared to liaise with clients and maintain high safety standards in the workplace

What you will need to succeed:

  • Proven experience and have completed an apprenticeship in a similar role in a vehicle repairing environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, to ensure clear and concise messaging across the team.
  • Controlled with amazing organisational skills to meet targets and goals
  • Effective and efficient use of time to ensure work is completed within guidelines.

  • Disciplined with remarkable organisational skills to meet targets and purpose.
