We’re seeking an experienced Office/Practice Manager to join our team of forward-thinking business strategists.
Reporting to the Director, you’ll manage a team of Assistants to ensure all administrative and non-operational functions of the business are running efficiently. You will also play a critical role in driving company culture and help facilitate a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the Team Assistants to facilitate the onboarding and updating of Client details and records into our various practice management systems, including engagement letters & proposals, job management, Xero, ATO and more
- Manage the daily operational requirements of the office, including maintaining equipment, managing external suppliers, and organising staff and client functions
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of internal reports to the Director and Management team to ensure KPIs are being monitored and achieved
- Oversee the invoicing of clients, debtor management, direct debit agreements and ensure credit control policy is followed
- Liaise with HR to manage the effective onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Support the general office culture through driving team events, celebrations and other initiatives
About You

The successful candidate will be highly organised, collaborative and have a strong desire to contribute to team success.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following experience and attributes:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an Office Manager/Coordinator or Practice Manager role
- Experienced in leading team of high performing admin professionals
- Passionate about company culture and driving initiatives to foster a positive work environment
- Exceptional administration and organisational skills
- Experienced in implementing operational procedures to ensure efficient running of the business
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and invest in their own learning
- Exceptional Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Self-starter and ability to take initiative
