What you'll do:
As a Document Controller/Paralegal you'll play a pivotal role in managing the life cycle of important documents. You'll work closely with different teams within the organisation to ensure that these documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. You will support a busy, dynamic Legal team with opportunities for development
- You will manage company documents while ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity.
- You will collaborate with teams across the business to ensure all documents are accurate and up-to-date. You will develop and implement processes for document control, from intake to distribution and storage.
- You will draft Commission Agency,Dealer and all related agreements from start to finish
- You will maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents as per company procedures.
- You will ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
- You will create agreements and gather all details needed to updated draft agreements
- You will be able to spot legal issues and understand general legislation
What you bring:
- An understanding around drafting agreements for third-parties and an understanding of legal terminology.
- Experience as a paralegal is desired.
- Experience working as a document controller or similar within a large complex environment is also desirable
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage large volumes of data.
- Excellent attention to detail and can spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
