Baldock Stacy & Niven Solicitors in Orange NSW provide legal services in a wide range of practice areas and have an opportunity for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant or Law Student to work across various areas of law.

The Role:
- Managing client files and documents (both electronic and hard copy) on behalf of one of the firm’s Principal Solicitors.
- Preparing legal correspondence and documents for solicitor review.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third-party stakeholders.
- Coordinating e-mail and diary management.
- Performing other ad-hoc/general office duties as required.
- Dictation transcription.
- Matter Task management.
- Time costing and Billing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal/Legal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Acrobat Pro.
- Knowledge of LEAP legal software (or other legal practice management software) an advantage.
The role is ideally suited for an applicant studying law part-time and seeking full-time employment or an existing Paralegal with relevant experience.
