About the role The Training Administrator plays a crucial role in the administrative function of the Learning and development team, with a focus on ensuring efficient operations and compliance with relevant training procedures and regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Location: KILCOY ABOUT YOU Strong communication skills both written and verbal Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience in similar role (preferred) Senior High School Certificate or equivalent Certificate in Training or Administration (preferred)   YOUR RESPONSILBITIES Enter data accurately and efficiently into KRONOS system Assist with weekly site inductions and Q fever clinic facilitation Ensure office supplies are stocked and available General office administrative duties Assist with reception duties and responding to inquiries Co-facilitate contractor and visitor inductions BENEFITS Access to discounted premium meat An organisation where cultural diversity is celebrated This is a long-term career opportunity, working for an enterprise business with Corporate…
