THE OPPORTUNITY
This opportunity is a Parental Leave 6 month Contract.
About the role
The Training Administrator plays a crucial role in the administrative function of the Learning and development team, with a focus on ensuring efficient operations and compliance with relevant training procedures and regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

ABOUT YOU
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in similar role (preferred)
- Senior High School Certificate or equivalent
- Certificate in Training or Administration (preferred)
YOUR RESPONSILBITIES
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into KRONOS system
- Assist with weekly site inductions and Q fever clinic facilitation
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and available
- General office administrative duties
- Assist with reception duties and responding to inquiries
- Co-facilitate contractor and visitor inductions
