This apprenticeship is a full-time Monday - Friday role, 38 hours a week.
Our organisation is focused on providing support and mentoring to the successful apprentice as well as providing on the job training for 3 years. About you:
- Genuine interest in the trade
- Positive, quick learning attitude
- Must be willing to undergo a National Police Clearance
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Willing to attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
- Willing to undergo a hearing test
- Drivers licence and car
- White Card
What you will do:
- Mowing, brush-cutting and edging of parks, reserves and open spaces
- Assist with preparation and planting of garden beds and landscapes
- Plant and transplant flowers, shrubs, trees and lawns
- Weed spraying
- Maintain gardens by fertilising and trimming
- Prune trees and hedges
