Role Description: As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to engage with business owners via cold calls. You'll be inviting them to exclusive face-to-face events or strategy calls with one of our founders. This role requires persuasive communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to business owners to introduce Victorian Business Centre's offerings.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of attending our events or scheduling a strategy call.
- Schedule appointments for business owners to meet with our founders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets within designated time frames.
- Reliable and available to work part-time hours during School Hours (flexible scheduling available).
