Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager, Sales Support to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales leads, responding to client quotes, and handling ongoing client management and sales inquiries. This role also involves liaising with lawyers and family members, booking assessments, preparing paperwork, and performing general administrative duties. You must be able to work in fast paced environment and have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Respond to client quotes and manage sales leads.
- Handle ongoing client management and sales inquiries.
- Liaise with lawyers to coordinate client needs and services.
- Book assessments and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passionate about the AOD sector and supporting individuals in need.
- Previous experience in operations management and sales support preferred.
- Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to problem solve
