• Offer exceptional customer service and styling tips to your customers.
• Be stylish, confident and take pride in your appearance.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and other KPI's
• Assist with the training, development and succession of your performing sales team
• Contribute your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment
• Be a brand ambassador for this label
• Create and ensure superior visual merchandising standards within the store

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• A passion for fashion, with an eye for detail, and the desire to style your customer from head to toe
• Have retail Management or Supervisor experience
• Be self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Have strong communications and relationship building skills
