 We seek a passionate Stylist & Fitter to inspire the customer journey within our Stores. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will have 1+ years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for creating a unique, all-encompassing styling and shopping experience for our customers that celebrates the Anything Dance brand, our values and our customer. 

As a Fitter, you will strongly understand Dancewear brands, fabrics, the shoe fits, styling concepts and trends. You will be dedicated to showcasing and providing premium fitting support while creating memorable and long-lasting customer relationships and unique tailored shopping experiences.

Our Fitters are responsible for upholding the Anything Dance company core values and setting and delivering a premium level of customer service. 

The Anything Dance customers are the heart of our business, and our Fitters are instrumental in inspiring and supporting their In-store experience.

Role & Responsibilities

Could you provide an exceptional level of customer service? 

Be an Anything Dance brand ambassador in all its facets with pride. 

Showcase a strong understanding of Dancewear brands, fabric knowledge, and uniform concepts. 

Take pride in in-depth knowledge of products, brands and industry trends. 

Have a finger-on-the-pulse mindset while understanding the needs and expectations of our customers. 

Assist and support the store operations, merchandise and stock-related processes. 

Could you assist with the presentation of the Store? 

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve objectives, goals and a premium customer service and experience level. 

Be focused on creating lasting customer relationships and building and nurturing loyal and VIP relationships.
