The OpportunityThe Senior
Student Support and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for driving best practice and operational excellence in delivering student services to Arts coursework students. In this role, you will facilitate a comprehensive range of student lifecycle services including administrative (admissions, selection, credit, enrolment, course and academic progression, course completion)
and Engagement (orientation and transition, industry experience, pastoral care, retention, academic welfare) activities. Utilising a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, you will provide accurate and timely advice to staff and students to resolve complex student issues and concerns.As the successful candidate, you will have proven relationship management and consulting skills to negotiate effectively with staff, students and wider stakeholders.
