The Kewdale has a lot to offer – a massive beer garden, all the sports action on our 10 HDTV’s and large projector, all day food menu with no stop in service from the kitchens open to close, private function areas. Specialising in gluten free and allergen friendly dining
The Role
We are looking for a motivated & proactive experienced qualified Chef with high standards to join our dedicated and fun team.
Applicants should have:
- Creativity and passion for the industry
- Very strong planning and organisational skills
- Ensure full implementation of HACCP code of practice
- Prepare meals as per recipes in a timely manner
- Communication skills and ability to multi task
- Stock and wastage control
- Positive attitude and temperament
- Minimum two years working as a qualified chef
- Ability to adhere to our strict Gluten Free protocols
