Qualifications & experience
- Experience with X-Plan Software is not essential but preferred.
- Experience with Centrelink, insurance, statements of advice reviews, dividends and shares desirable but not essential.
- Excellent computer skills including word, excel, internet and email.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Minimum 2 years Admin experience
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanour
- A strong desire to develop, learn and grow within the business.
- Highly proficient and efficient with administrative tasks and projects
- The role may suit a mum returning to work as we could be flexiable with work hours
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all financial planning clients, including being the first point of contact via telephone and email
- Provide administrative support to financial advisers.
- Schedule financial planning meetings, including reviews and new planning meetings.
- Securely retain client documents in line with legislative and internal policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial documentation before client meetings and upon request.
- Assist clients and staff with implementing and administering financial planning actions such as insurance, new account openings, and transfers.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
