Job description

This NFP organisation seeks an experienced Fundraising Manager to join their team on a part time basis.This is an interested role and one where you will be rewarded by seeing all your hard work paying off helping those in need. The role is to work on a 12 month contract, part time. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.Your day will offer variety but duties may include: Coordinate and manage fundraising events from charity golf days to luncheons including venues, catering etc Organise event sponsorship Organise tickets sales and ensure the experience is positive for those in attendance Coordinating volunteers for the events Establish and maintain close working relationships with presenters and major stakeholders Organise appropriate publicity and public relations support for events Understand, manage and report on event budgets, track financial performance weekly, monthly and annually Manage invoices and reconciliation for events. Mitigate any risks including health & safety, child protection and HR/IR related risks Who we are looking for: Positive and proactive, with a can do attitude Strategic approach with a creative flair Ability to collaborate and work well with the team as well as the ability to work autonomously Demonstrated experience in managing events with a focus on revenue generation & supporter experience. Budget Management as well as accurate and timely reporting on the event performance Strong relationship skills to engage and develop key event You must have for this role: Drivers licence as travel will be required WWCC and police check - or willing to get one Fully vaccinated as you will be in contact with vulnerable children This will be an amazing role for the right person and you will cherish working for a collaborative team.
