Specialist Medical Practice requires a dynamic a staff member for a part-time Medical Typist position (approximately 20hrs/wk) contracted for 6 months for leave cover. The Medical practice is located across 3 sites: Booragoon (opposite Garden City), West Leederville (opposite SJOG Subiaco) and rooms in the SJOG Hospital Murdoch Medical Centre. We are an extremely busy practice, and the opportunity exists to join a great team. The preferred applicant would be an experienced medical audiotypist, thoroughly professional in both manner and presentation and a pro-active member of the team willing to provide support to all of our staff and clientele.
Salary - Hourly rate to be negotiated based on qualification and previous experience.
About you……
- Experience using Genie software, essential.
- Experience as medical audio-typist essential.
- Intermediate - Advanced computer skills
- Professional personal presentation and polite respectful manner essential, strong work ethic required.
- Highly developed organisational skills essential and a desire to be proactive in supporting all colleagues to maintain a highly functional organise work environment.
- Switched-on/pro-active work ethic and friendly attitude

- Audiotyping medical letters and reports for specialists and GP physicians.
