This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant interior design company known for their high-quality and bespoke designs. We are searching for a highly capable and adaptable PA/Office Manager to provide support to the Owner/Director and ensure the office is running efficiently. This is a part-time role working 3 days/week) on an ongoing temporary basis.
Reporting to the Director, you will be their right hand, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will also be involved with the design projects this business undertakes including assistance with tenders and proposals, so your ability to juggle multiple tasks and an interest or background in design will be advantageous. Your previous experience providing PA support as well as setting up process and procedures to ensure a seamless and efficiently running office is key to your success in this role!
Responsibilities include:
- Diary management for Director
- Arrange client meetings, selecting appropriate venues
- Preparation of proposals and presentations
- Attend client meetings
- Finance support – expenses and credit card reconciliations
- Set-up and integrate new policies and procedures
- Assist with facilities management
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Assist with HR requirements
- Prior experience supporting at Director level
- Proven experience setting up new policies and procedures
- Interest or experience in the Design Sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage key stakeholders
- Tech savvy
- Meet strict deadlines
