Clear Health Psychology is seeking a pool of Part time Practice Administrator to work across our 16 locations across Perth to join our dedicated team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional mental health services. Please note that this is a temporary position, covering maternity leave for a period of 10 months. However, there may be a permanent opportunity available at Ellenbrook or surrounding suburbs at the completion of this temporary position. As the Practice Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our mental health practice, making a significant impact on the lives of our clients and staff.

Reporting to the Practice Lead, the Practice Administrator will be responsible for some of the following:
- Respond to patient and visitor enquiries.
- Book appointments and manage the appointments schedule efficiently.
- Reception duties such as accurately invoicing client and scheduling future appointments as required.
- Scanning, managing mail, faxes, data entry and other correspondence.
- Keep the office, waiting areas and kitchen in immaculate and clean condition.
The successful candidate will also be required to possess:
- Proven experience in healthcare administration or reception experience
- Demonstrated intermediate level of computing and use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexible work practices commensurate with the demands of the practice.
- A caring & empathic manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously.
- Consistent availabilities on Thursday and Friday (full day) and open to working additional hours if they become available
