This is a unique opportunity to exercise your Property Management, Business Development and Leasing skills daily – you will be responsible for the growth of your own portfolio! Your duties will include:
- Create and grow a new portfolio
- Manage and work alongside the BDM team to bring in new managements
- Help onboard new landlords and work closely with leasing and the BDM to ensure that all new clients are onboarded correctly and efficiently.
- Assistance with open homes on some Saturdays & Midweek until the portfolio is fully established
- Sending out notices to tenants
- Communicating with owners and tenants
- Managing rental arrears
- Negotiating lease renewals
- Routine inspections
- Ingoings, Outgoing inspections
- Maintenance requests
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Issuing breach notices as requires
The Candidate:
A current Certificate of Registration is essential to be considered as well as a reliable car and valid driver’s We are seeking an individual with:
- Previous property management experience
- Excellent attention to detail & strong organizational skills
- High communication both written & verbal
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Great customer service skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Confidence & a can-do approach (attitude is EVERYTHING!)
- A strong work ethic
