Position Available: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Job Purpose: We are seeking a reliable and versatile individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant at our Renmark office. The successful candidate will provide support to the Corporate Accountant and Operations team, as well as assist with payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide backup support to the Corporate Accountant and Operations team
- Assist with payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and invoice/statements management
- Perform front desk duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing office stock control
- Handle banking, mail, and other administrative tasks as required
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks
- Follow all reasonable management instructions and contribute positively to the team environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role would be adventageous
- Competent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Hold a current SA Drivers Licence or have access to stable transportation to and from work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
