Responsibilities:
- Greet Patients with a warm and welcoming smile
- Answer phones and assist with appointment inquiries
- Handle payments and provide private health and Medicare rebates
- Communicate effectively with third parties, including GP clinics, Allied Health referrers and specialists.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations
- Utilise computer skills for various tasks
- Assist patients with fitting and selling footwear
- Cover team members' leave and travel to other clinics as needed
Requirements:
- Computer literate
- Excellent phone manner and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Money management skills
- Previous experience in a Reception role or Customer service role is preferred but not essential
- Availability for 20+ hours per week
- Willingness to cover team members leave and to travel to other clinics
