Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a full time Medical Receptionist for our clinic in Caulfield.

The role is well suited to someone who has a reception experience – medical reception experience would be ideal, but not required.

Your main workload consisting of the following:

• Assisting and supporting our practitioners and clients
• Co-ordinating practitioner schedules
• Handling service enquiries
• Answering phone calls and taking client bookings
• Creating invoices and taking payments
• Administrative tasks like loading patients in to our clinical software.

In order to be successful in this role, you are required to have:

• Good organisational skills and work efficiency
• A friendly persona with good interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence
• A passion for health

Remuneration package will be based on experience. This Full Time role is for weekdays only, there will be no weekend work in this role.
