All Spa Superstore has a fantastic opportunity available for a highly motivated and energetic Part Time Sales Representative/Administration Assistant to join our friendly team! Candidate must have a real passion for retail and providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.
This position will suit a motivated individual with great attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Your role will be delivering a strong emphasis on managing incoming phone calls while ensuring a high level of customer service in the store and providing scheduling, support & ordering parts to assist the spa repair technicians.
General responsibilities include:
- Dealing with Sales enquiries face to face, over the phone or electronically.
- Preparing sales orders and quotes.
- Liaising with repair technicians, to ensure all work is carried out on time and to the highest standard.
- Working at special events such as Trade Shows & Fairs.
- Ability to work weekends and full time if required.
You must possess the following qualities:
- Excellent team player.
- Flexible for taking on a variety of tasks.
- Strong computer skills.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Mature and can do attitude.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in managing customer walk-ins
- Possess a confident phone manner
- Administration / Customer Services
- MS Office proficiency.
- ServiceM8 & Xero would be ideal however training can be provided
