About the team
Our People Advisory team deliver a full spectrum of services and projects across areas such as Change Management, Organisation Design, Workforce Planning and Strategy, Culture, Learning and Leadership.
Our division in Sydney is looking to appoint a Senior Consultant to join the team. You’ll be in great company with a team of professionals who are at the top of their game and genuinely love what they do. We are looking for a like-minded individual who has ideally worked as a Senior Consultant within the Human Capital / People Advisory Services gained in the professional services industry and want to take the next step in their career.
Current opportunity
You’ll work across a range of projects including designing culture plans, organisational structures, management development, capability frameworks, workforce strategy/plans and so much more. What you’ll be doing
- Address matters relating to organisational transformations, organisational design, change management and target operating models
- Managing and delivering exceptional client outcomes on a range of People Advisory-related projects
- Facilitating discussions to define client issues, undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis, and develop and implement innovative and pragmatic solutions
- Managing individual workload, leveraging your project management skills and capabilities
- Supporting growth and service capability development activities
What you’ll need to succeed
- Demonstrable experience working in a similar role ideally gained in professional services or a consulting firm
- A relevant degree or qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly developed interpersonal and networking skills and exceptional stakeholder management
