The Role
The purpose of this role is to manage the end to end payroll of the organisation. The role will be fairly autonomous & will take approximately 1 day Per Week to manage. Given that this is only 1 day Per Week, the organisation is happy for the work to be done primarily from home (some office attendance will be required on an ad hoc basis though).
Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for:
- Manage monthly payroll for 50 + staff
- Payroll compliance & audit assistance
- Bonus calculation & distributions
- New starters
- Terminations
- Payroll Tax
- Superannuation
- Managing workers compensation
- Month end journals
Your Profile
This position is ideal for a driven Senior Payroll professional who aspires to advance their career. You will be comfortable in managing a stand alone payroll & have experience in a prior stand alone role.
