Since our inception, we've diverted over 50 million pounds of food from landfills and fed millions of people. Our mission is to reduce food waste and food insecurity globally.

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Part-Time/Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in advancing our mission by creating visually compelling graphics that communicate our social messaging and impact. You will work closely with our team to develop engaging content for social media, newsletters, pitch decks, flyers, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, newsletters, and other digital channels.

• Create eye-catching and informative pitch decks to support our fundraising and partnership efforts.

• Develop flyers and promotional materials for events and campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure all designs align with our brand identity and messaging.

• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continually enhance our visual content.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a nonprofit organization or mission-driven company.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.

• Passion for social causes and a commitment to furthering the mission of Sharing Excess.
