The Position
We seek an enthusiastic sponsorship professional to join our Marketing and Community Engagement team. You will be responsible for managing financial and contra commitments from a range of sponsors and supporters for our flagship Perth Royal Show, Perth Royal Food Awards and Royal Agricultural Society of Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Working with the Corporate Partnerships Lead, your responsibilities include:
- Liaison with prize contributors, sponsors and competition coordinators to secure and manage financial and in-kind commitment.
- Managing partnerships to ensure sponsors receive value and agreed benefits
- Ensuring sponsor database is kept current and updated
- Identifying potential partners and prize supporters
- Assisting the Corporate Partnerships Lead with proposals, agreement and general administration tasks
- Attending meetings and networking opportunities to develop relationships
- Maintaining close contact with Competition Co-ordinators
- Ensuring the delivery and distribution of all prize contributions and sponsorship
What You Need
Successful candidates will have a proven track record working with sponsors and supporters in Western Australia and also be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with supporters and sponsors
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A positive outlook and strong team focus
- Tenacity and resilience
- An eye for detail and a focus on completing tasks
- Exceptional self-organisation and time management
- Sound Microsoft Office skills including Excel
- Administration skills from database management and drafting correspondence through to invoicing
The role is envisaged to be full-time although reduced/flexible hours may be considered for the right candidate.
We offer five week's annual leave, salary packaging, 9 day fortnights and an opportunity to attend a range of exciting events throughout the year.
