Your Role:
As a Partnership Facilitator, you will work to develop effective partnerships and support communities to implement place-based approaches to improve outcomes for children and families based on defined early childhood data. You will work with community stakeholders and other identified partners to plan implementation of early childhood initiatives, including monitoring and evaluation to improve performance within the region. You will engage in co-design models of transition planning with schools and be an active presence within the early years networks across the region.
Part Time Role - 0.4 FTE (2 days per week or equivalent)
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Implement early childhood specific initiatives, prioritising the participation and engagement of all children in development and learning pathways; and in quality transitions, that lead to successful educational outcomes and wellbeing.
- Undertake early childhood specific project-based work to ensure outcomes are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare quality reports, submissions, briefs and correspondence associated with priority projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients to collaborate on early years priorities relating to early childhood.

Mandatory requirements:
- Must have a blue card and meet criminal history check prior to employment.
