  • 2+ years' experience working within digital marketing and brand marketing strategy
  • Experience with sales and enterprise account management are essential
  • Must come from a background working with beauty, fashion, apparel or self-care electrical brands
  • Hybrid role - Offices are based in Brisbane City (No negotiations on working structure)
  • Salary offering is $80K-$90K+commission+super DOE (There is NO negotiations or wiggle room on this one!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As the mould that holds three of our departments together, you will be leading the growth of our partnerships, partners and overall brand growth. As you thrive within this role, your main responsibility will be to keep our partners happy and accelerate our growth. You will need to be able to effectively time manage, as you will be managing multiple partners ensuring a positive and productive relationship. Your main goal will be to ensure that all sales, kpi's and performance metrics are hit within the relationship. You digital marketing knowledge will be vital here, as you will create strategic marketing plans to ensure targets are hit across the business, these will be both short-term and long-term solutions. You will need strong data analytic skills, as you will devise ideas and strategies from data collected from sales, marketing campaigns and stock on hand. To be able to perform well within this role, your previous sales experience will have equipped you to effectively forecast, up-sell and cross-sell any further offerings; alongside, the less pleasant side of eCommerce product sales.

Your strong communication skills will be used when simplifying workflows from business to consumer and business to business, with consideration and attention to delivery and warehouse deliveries. You must be able to proactively resolve any crisis management! This encompassing role is vital within our business, which is why we will ensure you are supported with our talented team, though we allow for lots of autonomy, there is always someone on hands to assist with any help you may need!

YOU WILL NEED...

  • 2+ years' experience working within digital marketing and brand marketing strategy
  • Experience with sales and enterprise account management
  • To come from a background working with beauty, fashion, apparel or self-care electrical brands
  • Strong communications skills - not only written and verbal but internal and external comms
  • A LOVE for the finer things in life such as beauty, self-care and hair-care - these will all transfer nicely into our company and allow you to exceed!
  • To be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience analysing data - including sales, stock and performance metrics for marketing campaigns
  • Experience working within an agency or alongside a digital marketing agency
  • Experience within operational and logistical areas within eCommerce - e.g. Customer Experience, Customer Care, Deliveries, Supply Chain or Warehousing
  • To be a whizz on excel
  • To be a and ‍‍ marketing girly

IT'S NICE TO HAVE...

  • Experience using data-visualisation tolls - e.g Powerbi, Tableau etc
