A sole practitioner firm comprises of a team of 4 staff, with a portfolio of over $1 million in fees. The firm prides itself on working closely with business owners to help them achieve their dreams whilst enabling staff to grow their careers.
THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager, you will work closely with the Principal and be expected to manage a portfolio of fees. Your duties will include:
- Manage the accounting and tax affairs of your clients
- Preparation of financial statements, tax returns, Div 7A, CGT and FBT calculations
- Providing additional tax expertise to businesses and individuals
- Manage other accountants and reviewing quality of work produced
YOUR SKILLS
Being well-versed in all areas of compliance and tax for SMEs, you will bring several years of experience to the team.
- Demonstrated experience in a public practice Australian accounting firm
- CA/CPA qualified
- Proficiency in all areas of tax for SMEs
- Strong relationship skills, to build trust with staff and clients.
- Ambition to progress through to partner
