Reporting and strategic insights: As part of the Commercial team, you'll provide up-to-date data and insightful reports to drive strategic decision-making that will position your team as strategic decision makers within the organisation.
A typical week might look like:
- Working closely with your manager (Business Development Manager (Airports)) to scope and build new relationships with our airport partners.
- Bi-monthly catch-ups with airport contacts to foster relationships.
- Reporting on airport revenue performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Addressing ad-hoc operational issues within airport environments.
- Serving as the escalation point for any partnership-related concerns.
How will you know you are successful? It will look like:
- Proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Early awareness of industry changes and trends.
- Collaborative partnership engagement, with partners coming to you with issues before they happen and promotional ideas.
- Ability to provide comprehensive, data-driven reports to support strategic initiatives.
Your relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or similar field and/or 5+ years in a partnership role will set you up for success. A key foundational skill will be your negotiation and influence skills to coordinate projects and solve problems. We want to hear from you if you are:
- A seasoned key account/partnership manager with a knack for juggling multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in delivering difficult news and skilled in influence and negotiation and,
- passionate about nurturing our airport relationships.
