The opportunity
As Partnerships Manager, SA you will be responsible for acquiring key dining merchant accounts across South Australia.
Some of the things you will be involved in:
Merchant acquisition
- Working with the Head of Partnerships to maintain a merchant acquisition strategic plan and prioritise acquisition activity
- Contracting new partnerships to add new content, increase usage and revenue
- Renegotiating and recommitting successful existing partnerships
- Negotiating exclusive bespoke marketing packages to maintain exclusivity in market and increase revenue opportunities.
Revenue generation
- Working closely with the Marketing Team to deliver sales for our merchants
- Ensuring, reviewing and protecting the profitability of all contracts and commercial partnerships
Account management
- Managing strategic national business relationships, leveraging opportunities to drive additional revenue and maintaining loyal, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Partnering with the Marketing Team to deliver strategic & tactical marketing campaigns. Ensuring sign off from the clients is managed prior to the EDMs launching and in line with milestone dates
- Ensuring new product offers, updates and pricing amendments are communicated to the team so that updates can be made on the digital pages throughout the year and signed off by clients
We are looking for you to demonstrate:
- Enthusiastic and sales driven
- Strong acquisition focus and passion for merchants in the dinning sector
- Effective negotiation and decision-making abilities
- Goal driven with strong (and proven) sales ability
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to demonstrate this
- Strong relationship builder
- Quickly identify opportunities for Sales growth and assist in executing strategies
- Ability to be mobile, agile, receptive, and welcoming to change
- Strong time-management skills
