Spare Parts & Service Co-ordinator - Acacia Ridge, QLD
Our Service Centre located in Acacia Ridge is currently seeking a Spare Parts & Service Co-Ordinator to join our Central Order Desk team focused on delivering market leading customer service for our range of hydraulic hammers, attachments, rock breaking boom systems and hire fleet.
Our client is an official distributor of Epiroc hydraulic hammers and demolition attachments, MTB Hydraulic hammers, Erkat Drum Cutters and GTS Rock Saws in Queensland, Victoria, Northern Territory and Western Australia. are the exclusive service and spare-parts agent for Transmin's range of Boomer HD rockbreaking boom systems in Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and New Zealand.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
Spare parts quoting and order processing, liaising directly with our customers and our service departments across the client's three branches
Carry out regular expediting with our suppliers and provide regular updates to our customers And Service departments on parts back orders
Provide freight and logistics quotations, freight bookings, freight tracking and liaise directly with our freight providers to ensure accurate information provided to our customers And Service departments.
Process credit card payments for Parts And Service sales as required.
Assist in warehouse and inventory tasks as required - including stock taking and inventory maintenance.
Ensure accurate customer data is maintained and updated in our ERP system
Ensuring BA's sales processes are followed accurately.
About You
In order to excel in this role the successful candidate will ideally have/demonstrate:
Previous experience in a customer service role that involves the sale of spare parts or supporting workshop staff with spare parts
Previous experience in quoting, purchasing and expediting spare parts orders
Previous experience in warehousing and freight
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft office programs, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Physically fit to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and DAS
Current drivers' licence
