A day in the life as a Parts & Stores Coordinator:
- Oversee end-to-end parts coordination for our machinery fleet.
- Purchase order expediting to ensure on time deliveries.
- Ensure orders are receipted for payment.
- Manage inventory, optimize stock levels, and ensure efficient stores organization.
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams for seamless coordination.
- Freight dispatch including logistics and distribution of parts.

What you will bring:
- A passion for parts coordination!
- Licence to conduct high risk work – forklift.
- Experience with heavy earthmoving equipment, Parts and components advantageous
- Excellent planning, communication, organisation and time management skills and a can-do attitude!
