Parts Delivery Driver/Storeperson – Central Coast Run

About Us: Suttons Parts is a leading provider in the automotive industry, specialising in the distribution of quality parts. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our expanding Parts Distribution Team. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our valued customers on the Central Coast.

Responsibilities:

Morning Duties:

• Sort, consolidate, and load delivery van at our Distribution Centre in Lidcombe.
• Ensure accurate and organised loading of parts for efficient deliveries.

Midday Meetup:

• Meet with our second relay Central Coast Driver at Midday in Kariong.
• Coordinate and exchange necessary information for smooth handover of deliveries.

Afternoon Deliveries:

• Complete the last leg of the delivery route on the Central Coast.
• Ensure all deliveries are made promptly and accurately.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure the Ford Transit Van is in optimal condition.
• Report any issues promptly to the supervisor.

Return to Home Base:

• Safely return to your residence with the Ford Transit Van at the end of the day.

Requirements:

• Reside in or near the Central Coast area.
• Possess a clean driving record.
• Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy automotive parts.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with team members.
