About the role
Facilitate seamless operations by coordinating logistics, managing inventory, overseeing workshop assets, consumables, and equipment. Collaborate closely with workshop staff and operators to prioritize tasks and synchronize with maintenance program schedules for optimal efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with both internal and external clients to ensure efficient and timely fulfillment of expectations and requirements.
- Organize internal resources and external contractors to ensure successful project execution.
- Aid in defining project scopes and goals, and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Ensure adequate resource availability and appropriately assign personnel for seamless project operation.
- Document activities, complete all necessary paperwork, and monitor project advancement.
- Manage changes to project scope, anticipate scheduling issues, and propose solutions.
- Provide effective leadership and support to personnel as needed.
- Oversee performance management, address issues, and resolve conflicts.
- Uphold compliance with all policies and procedures, including safety protocols and paperwork submission.
- Serve as a representative for our client, upholding professionalism and integrity while fostering strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
About you
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable role, such as preventative maintenance or parts ordering and freight management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skill
- Thorough understanding and practical application of workplace occupational health and safety standards
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities, adept at motivating and inspiring colleagues
- Ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks and decisions, as well as the ability to identify and address potential issues or discrepancies effectively.
- Capable to successfully clear pre-employment medical assessments and drug/alcohol screenings
