It's an exciting time at Patterson Cheney Toyota in Keysborough. Due to growth, we are now recruiting a Parts Interpreter to join our award-winning team and one of the busiest departments in VIC.About the role:
The role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Toyota and Isuzu UTE customers over the counter and on the phone, building rapport and maintaining the database.
- Responsible for service, retail customers and our VIP trade customers
- Sales and Account Management
- Ordering, booking out, invoicing and taking payments for parts
- Dealing with any customer inquiries over the phone and face-to-face
- Checking in parts deliveries
- Liaising and maintaining a good working relationship with the suppliers & internal departments
- Assisting with Parts stocktakes
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualities: -
- Toyota and Isuzu experience is a huge plus!
- Dealership franchise experience is another plus!
- Light or heavy vehicle Parts professionals are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of parts cataloguing software.
- ERA experience is beneficial but not essential
- Committed to achieving excellent customer service
- Organised & able to multitask.
- Professional work ethic
- A good technical understanding of how trucks work to aid in the accurate identification of required items
- Good telephone manners and PC skills
- Applicants must hold a valid Victorian driver's Licence
