The position is located in the CBD. Depending upon experience you may be placed at Melbourne City Toyota in Elizabeth Street Melbourne or Melbourne City Lexus in Swanston Street Melbourne.
Ideally you would live within proximity of the Camberwell and Heidelberg area. As you will be required to work at these sites when employees are absent.
We are seeking to employ a Parts Interpreter to join our team in the CBD. The successful applicant will have a strong background in automotive parts and customer service.
The position would suit a person that has finished their traineeship and is looking for the next step in their progression.
We would also consider a qualified technician who is keen to get off the workshop floor and try something different.
Toyota / Lexus experience would be preferable. However, we are happy to assess non-Toyota experience. The person will be situated in the CBD.
Role duties and responsibilities
- Running the Back counter.
- Process sales orders.
- Parts interpreting
- Parts picking
- Invoice handling
- Housekeeping of parts department
- Handling inwards/outwards goods
Skills and Experience requirements
- Good customer relations skills.
- Tune experience would be a benefit.
- Enjoy interacting with customers via counter sales.
- Preferably at least 2 Years experience in a similar parts role
- Knowledge of vehicle parts is essential.
- Good computer skills
- Commitment to safety
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Australian residency
- Current Australian drivers license.
