Situated at the heart of their operations, the Parts department engages daily with SA Lift and Loaders valued customers. Collaborating closely with the Sales and Service teams, you will facilitate the swift acquisition of the right parts.
About the role:
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, thrive in a close-knit team environment, and are genuinely enthusiastic about product offerings. In this busy and varied role, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts operations while being a central contact for parts enquiries from customers and internal technicians.
In addition, you will be responsible for the supply of parts to the service department and external customers.
Other duties will include receiving all customer parts enquiries, identifying required parts, and checking stock availability, monitoring, and responding to parts email enquiries, providing regular updates to internal and external customers with estimated delivery times and any delay and ordering and receipting stock in an accurate and efficient manner.
About You:
To be considered for this role you will demonstrate a keen interest in and knowledge of automotive parts. This role requires strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.
You will be no stranger to working in a fast-paced environment to meet changing deadlines and enjoy working in a team environment.
To be considered for this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Experience within a Parts Interpreter position or be a technician looking for a new challenge!
- Knowledge of mechanical or automotive parts
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience operating a parts software system (Units) and intermediate Microsoft suite skills.
