ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity to join the ABS team in the role of Parts Interpreter to to provide exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets!
The Parts Interpreter reports to the Store Manager, and focusses on:
- Creating a Safe & Secure Working Environment
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service
- Identifying Make & Model of Vehicle / Equipment & Locate Source of Required Parts
- Achieving Store Sales Targets
- Ensuring a Clean & Tidy Working Environment
- Providing Talent Management & Development to all Team Members
- Complying with all Safe Work Practices, Policies, Procedures & Instructions
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
In addition to having a true passion for cars, the ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Experience in Customer Service/Retail Environment
- Spare Parts / Mechanical Background
- Strong Work Ethic & Organisational Skills
- Basic / Intermediate Computer Skills
- Eagerness to Continuously Learn
