About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for aClient Support Officer to join our team based in Seven Hills on a full-time permanent basis. 

In this role you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing quality, prompt and efficient services to all internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main point of contact for clients. 
  • Handle all incoming correspondence (phone calls, emails and online enquiries). 
  • Monitor shared email inbox and action requests. 
  • Address client enquiries and transfer calls to relevant departments. 
  • Address clients enquiries relating to website registrations/issues including review and approval of new registrations. 
  • Ensure all client databases are up to date. 
  • Liaise with internal teams as required. 
  • Other duties as required.
Skills/Experience
  • Previous experience in a receptionist/customer service role. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent phone manner. 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.  
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a can do attitude.
  • Advanced computer literacy skills [Microsoft office suite, CRMs, ERP].
