About the role
The receptionist is the first point of contact for CCPC, providing excellent customer service standards to both internal and external contacts. We have two (2) casual roles available either working two (2) days per week or three (3) days per week.
You will be required to undertake a range of tasks including but not limited to:
- Maintain a presence at the front desk, field enquiries and welcome visitors.
- Manage all incoming calls on the switchboard and convey messages to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including receiving and distributing faxes.
- Maintain stationary, and printer supplies.
- CCPC Psychology – monitor incoming emails and referrals, schedule appointments, create client accounts and process payments.
Key Selection Criteria
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in a similar position.
- High level knowledge and understanding of general office administration duties.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, time manage, with the ability to prioritise.
- Excellent working knowledge of office systems including Outlook, MS Office, with intermediate skills in excel and word.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a Criminal Record Check (CRC) issued within the last 12 months that includes working with vulnerable groups
