Parts Interpreter

 ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Spray Shop distributes some of the most trusted products and brands throughout Australia, sourced from a global network of manufacturers including Teejet and Banjo, along with our machinery parts offerings (K-Tec Scrapers, Patz Feed Mixers & Wolverine Ditchers). We are also one of the largest stockists of Ryco, Stauff and other high-end hydraulic solutions. You will support a growing dealer network of over 200 reseller businesses, plus daily interaction with our walk-in retail clientele. 

Whilst providing ‘DOM Standard’ customer service, you will: 

• Handle enquiry and manage relationships with retail and reseller clients, via telephone, email or in-person
• Source and identify either spray, machinery or hydraulic parts 
• Conduct sales of machinery parts, field spraying or hydraulic components 
• Accurately process orders and contribute to stock management practices

You will have experience and/or knowledge in either field spraying, machinery or hydraulics and be a quick learner who shows versatility or initiative. Plumbing or hardware store experience would be advantageous. This is a full-time position.
